Leave no stone unturned and no track unexplored with Aussie 4WD and Camping Hire in Cairns. We maintain a fleet of 4WD vehicles suited for remote travel. All vehicles are fitted with bull bars, upgraded suspension and tow bars. For comfort and safety while travelling they also have UHF radio, dual or tri battery systems, recovery kits, GPS and are fitted for easy use of 12V equipment. In addition, our vehicles have both roof bars and tray for carrying additional luggage, or for easily fitting solar panels to ensure your batteries remain charged throughout your adventure.
Vehicles can be delivered to the airport or your preferred address or collected from our premises in Cairns. Our 24/7 phone advice service provides additional security to ensure you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
Camping Equipment
Our camping equipment hire includes everything you need to make your holiday a success. We offer easy setup tents to accommodate from 2 to 12 people. In addition, we carry all the accessories you need to ensure a comfortable, stress free holiday. This includes showers, solar panels, eskys and fridges, camp chairs and tables, kitchen kits - even bed linen. Tailored packages are available and can be included in 4WD hire under one agreement. Alternatively, you can hire individual items or smaller packages to suit your specific requirements. All equipment can be hired from 2 days to as long as 12 months.
4WD
Our fleet of fully fitted and maintained 4WD vehicles is available for hire to explore Cairns and North Queensland. From $180.00 per day, choose from an Isuzu D-MAX ute or a Toyota Prado. Not sure what 4WD is best for your trip? We’ll help you select the right one to suit your needs.
Tents & Camping Gear
Our easily set up tents can accommodate from between 2 and 6 people. Larger, multi-roomed tents are able to sleep as many as 12. All tents are durable, waterproof, lightweight and are readily available from $2.00 per day or $10.00 per week.
Solar Panels
Portable folding solar panels will recharge your batteries while you enjoy touring Cairns and Queensland's tropical north. They can be easily mounted on the roof of any of our 4WD hire vehicles, or used in conjunction with either your own, or hired camping equipment. Solar panels are available from $3.00 per day or $30.00 per week.
Warm Showers
Wash off the day’s adventure in a clean, warm shower. Aussie 4WD and Camping Hire offer a range of outdoor showers to make the most of your camping holiday. Contact us for a quote. Our friendly team will be happy to recommend an outdoor shower to suit your needs.
Esky/ 12v Fridge
Our hire range of eskys and 12V fridges will help keep things cool when you're camping or fishing. Our eskys and fridges come in a range of sizes - we're sure to have one to suit your requirements.
